Οι φοροφυγάδες γιατροί του Κολωνακίου

«Σπάει το απόστημα» της φοροδιαφυγής στη χώρα, ενώ οι πολίτες αρχίζουν να μαθαίνουν ποιοι «εγκλημάτησαν» εναντίον τους, αποκρύπτοντας σημαντικά εισοδήματα και, βεβαίως, φοροδιαφεύγοντας ανάλογα.
Το Υπουργείο Οικονομικών έδωσε στη δημοσιότητα τις πρώτες λίστες με γιατρούς φοροφυγάδες μετά από συστηματικούς ελέγχους του ΣΔΟΕ, διασταυρώσεις στοιχείων και άνοιγμα τραπεζικών λογαριασμών.
Έχει γίνει πλέον κοινή συνείδηση, ότι η αντιμετώπιση της φοροδιαφυγής έχει καθοριστική σημασία στην προσπάθεια που καταβάλλεται για τη διάσωση της οικονομίας μας και για την εγκαθίδρυση ενός πιο δίκαιου και αποτελεσματικού φορολογικού συστήματος.
Το Υπουργείο Οικονομικών, στη μάχη που δίνεται ενάντια στη φοροδιαφυγή, αξιοποιεί κάθε διαθέσιμη πληροφορία και ανακοινώνει ονόματα φορολογούμενων, για τους οποίους οι έλεγχοι ανέδειξαν σημαντικές φορολογικές παραβάσεις.
Μέχρι σήμερα, έχουν σχεδιαστεί και διενεργούνται από τη Γενική Γραμματεία Πληροφοριακών Συστημάτων περισσότερα από 70 διαφορετικά είδη διασταυρώσεων οικονομικών δεδομένων και πληροφοριών με συγκεκριμένα κριτήρια επικινδυνότητας, που προκύπτουν από ιστορικά στοιχεία και από καταγγελίες πολιτών. Περίπου 25 από αυτές τις διασταυρώσεις είναι πάγιες και λειτουργούν καθ' όλη τη διάρκεια του έτους, ενώ οι υπόλοιπες βασίζονται σε ειδικά κριτήρια κινδύνου και έντασης φοροδιαφυγής σε συγκεκριμένες οικονομικές δραστηριότητες ή ομάδες φορολογουμένων.
Τα αποτελέσματα των διασταυρώσεων αξιοποιούνται από τις υπηρεσίες φορολογικών ελέγχων, τα Ελεγκτικά Κέντρα, τις Δ.Ο.Υ. και από το Σώμα Δίωξης Οικονομικού Εγκλήματος.
Τα στοιχεία από στοχευμένες διασταυρώσεις, όπως και οι πληροφορίες που προκύπτουν από καταγγελίες πολιτών, αξιοποιήθηκαν στις έρευνες και στους ελέγχους που πραγματοποιήθηκαν από το Σ.Δ.Ο.Ε. σε περισσότερους από 150 γιατρούς στο Κολωνάκι και σε άλλες περιοχές της Αθήνας και του Λεκανοπεδίου Αττικής.
Από τους ελέγχους αυτούς διαπιστώθηκαν ουσιαστικές παραβάσεις απόκρυψης φορολογητέας ύλης σε 57 γιατρούς. Για 36 εξ αυτών, προέκυψαν επιπλέον στοιχεία και ζητήθηκαν πληροφορίες από πιστωτικά ιδρύματα, άνοιγμα των τραπεζικών τους λογαριασμών, καθώς και διενέργεια έρευνας για εντολές εμβασμάτων προς το εξωτερικό. Για τους συγκεκριμένους αλλά και για τους υπόλοιπους γιατρούς, το Υπουργείο Οικονομικών διενεργεί περαιτέρω ελέγχους και θα ακολουθήσει κάθε νόμιμη διαδικασία, καθώς και λήψη διοικητικών μέτρων, συμπεριλαμβανομένου και του κλεισίματος των ιατρείων.
Από διαφορετική έρευνα, σε έξι περιπτώσεις γιατρών, όπου ο έλεγχος του Σ.Δ.Ο.Ε. ανέδειξε σημαντικές φορολογικές παραβάσεις, καταλογίστηκαν πρόστιμα συνολικού ύψους 1.907.991,52 ευρώ και σε τέσσερις εξ αυτών ασκήθηκαν ποινικές διώξεις. Σε άλλες πέντε περιπτώσεις έχουν κοινοποιηθεί φύλλα ελέγχου για καταλογισμό προστίμων συνολικού ύψους 2.446.280,12 ευρώ. Επισυνάπτεται πίνακας με τα ονόματα των 11 γιατρών και το ύψος των προστίμων που έχουν καταλογιστεί ή είναι υπό καταλογισμό.
Τέλος, σε 12 ορθοπεδικούς γιατρούς, για τους οποίους διενεργείται δικαστική έρευνα, στο πλαίσιο του σκανδάλου της De Puy, και ανοίχτηκαν οι τραπεζικοί τους λογαριασμοί, δεσμεύθηκαν κατόπιν εισαγγελικής παραγγελίας οι καταθέσεις τους. Στην περίπτωση αυτή, τα συνολικά δηλωθέντα οικογενειακά εισοδήματα αυτών των γιατρών ανέρχονταν στο ποσό των 12.085.858,84 ευρώ για τα έτη 2001-2008 και οι συνολικές καταθέσεις στο αντίστοιχο χρονικό διάστημα ανέρχονταν στο ποσό των 31.054.540,79 ευρώ. Η έρευνα συνεχίζεται με το άνοιγμα των τραπεζικών λογαριασμών και άλλων οκτώ ορθοπεδικών γιατρών. Τα ονόματα δεν δημοσιοποιούνται, προς το παρόν, ώστε να προχωρήσει απρόσκοπτα η εισαγγελική έρευνα.-
~** Έκρηξη σε εξωτερικό τοιχίο των Φυλακών Κορυδαλλού

Ισχυρή έκρηξη σημείωθηκε στις 22:15 στο εξωτερικό τοιχίο των Φυλακών Κορυδαλλού.
Σύμφωνα με τις πληροφορίες από την έκρηξη τραυματίστηκε μία γυναίκα, την οποία παρέλαβε από το σημείο ασθενοφόρο.
Νωρίτερα άγνωστος άνδρας είχε τηλεφωνήσει στον τηλεοπτικό σταθμό Alter και στην εφημερίδα «Ελευθεροτυπία» στις 21:47 λέγοντας ότι σε 27 λεπτά θα εκραγεί εκρηκτικός μηχανισμός στο εξωτερικό τοιχίο των φυλακών Κορυδαλλού επί της Γρηγορίου Λαμπράκη απέναντι από τον αριθμό 199.
Το σημείο είχαν αποκλείσει ισχυρές δυνάμεις της Αστυνομίας.
Σύμφωνα με μαρτυρίες η έκρηξη ήταν τόσο ισχυρή που ακούστηκε σε ακτίνα πολλών χιλιομέτρων.-
~** Εφημερεύον νοσοκομείο με… ραντεβού

Βρήκε το Ειδικό Νοσοκομείο Αφροδισίων και Δερματικών Νόσων Θεσσαλονίκης χωρίς γιατρούς εν μέσω εφημερίας, η οποία λήγει στις 21:00.
Ο λόγος για τον Σ.Τ. ο οποίος εμφάνισε κάποιο δερματικό πρόβλημα και επέλεξε, όπως κάθε άνθρωπος, να επισκεφθεί νοσοκομείο.
Για κακή του τύχη, όμως, στις 15:15 που έφτασε, όχι μόνο δεν υπήρχε γιατρός, αλλά και μια νοσοκόμα που βρήκε, του είπε να περιμένει μέχρι τις 16:00 «για να πάρει χαρτάκι νωρίς», ώστε μετά τις 17:00 να τον εξετάσει ο γιατρός που θα έρθει.
Το ακόμα πιο εντυπωσιακό είναι ότι, σύμφωνα με την ίδια νοσοκόμα, στο νοσοκομείο υπάρχουν πέντε γιατροί που, λόγω εφημερίας, γίνονται επτά!

~** Απεργία εν μέσω εξετάσεων από την ΟΛΜΕ

Κάλεσμα στους εκπαιδευτικούς να συμμετάσχουν στην 24ωρη απεργία της ΓΣΕΕ και της ΑΔΕΔΥ, στις 20 Μαΐου, απηύθυνε η ΟΛΜΕ.
Όπως αναφέρεται στην ανακοίνωση: «Απεργούμε από κάθε εκπαιδευτική διαδικασία που είναι προγραμματισμένη εκείνη την ημέρα (όπως ενδοσχολικές εξετάσεις, εργασίες στα βαθμολογικά κέντρα, πανελλαδικές εξετάσεις των τελειοφοίτων των εσπερινών λυκείων κάθε τύπου κ.λπ.)».
Η Ομοσπονδία των εκπαιδευτικών μέσης εκπαίδευσης καλεί την πολιτική ηγεσία του υπουργείου Παιδείας να αναβάλει τις προγραμματισμένες για εκείνη την ημέρα Πανελλαδικές Εξετάσεις των εσπερινών λυκείων.
«Σε διαφορετική περίπτωση η ευθύνη για τις συνέπειες θα βαρύνουν το Υπουργείο Παιδείας» καταλήγει η ανακοίνωση της ΟΛΜΕ

Βόλεϊ: Πανάξιος πρωταθλητής ο Ολυμπιακός

Ο Ολυμπιακός αναδείχθηκε πρωταθλητής στην Α1 βόλεϊ των ανδρών για την αγωνιστική περίοδο 2009-10.
Η ομάδα του Πειραιά ε πικράτησε με 3-1 σετ του Παναθηναϊκού στον τέταρτο τελικό της σειράς που διεξήχθη στο «Μελίνα Μερκούρη», έκανε τρεις τις νίκες της, και κατέκτησε έτσι το τρόπαιο, για 24η φορά στην ιστορία της.
Κορυφαίοι από τους πρωταθλητές Ελλάδας οι Μίλκοβιτς, Τζούριτς και Τίσερ, οι οποίοι έκαναν και σήμερα ό,τι περνούσε από το χέρι τους, προκειμένου ο τίτλος να βαφτεί κόκκινος.

Μάλιστα, ο Ιβάν Μίλκοβιτς μετά το μονό μπλοκ του στον Γκιγιόμ Σαμικά που έδωσε στον Ολυμπιακό τον 25ο πόντο στο τέταρτο σετ και κατ’ επέκταση τον τίτλο, έτρεξε και σκαρφάλωσε στην κερκίδα και αγκάλιασε τον πρόεδρο του ερασιτέχνη, Γιάννη Συγγελίδη.
Βέβαια, δεν έλειψαν και τα… παρατράγουδα από το σημερινό τελικό.
Στο δεύτερο σετ κι ενώ η ομάδα του Καλματζίδη βρισκόταν μπροστά στο σκορ με 22-15, μια βίδα που έπεσε από την εξέδρα προκάλεσε την αγανάκτηση του διαιτητή Καραμπέτσου, ο οποίος κατέβηκε από τη σκάλα και αποχώρησε στα αποδυτήρια μαζί με τον δεύτερο διαιτητή, Ράπτη.
Παράλληλα, ζήτησε την εκκένωση της εξέδρας από τους οπαδούς των Πειραιωτών.
Εν συνεχεία, η κατάσταση έδειχνε να ξεφεύγει ακόμη περισσότερο, όταν δημιουργήθηκε επεισόδιο μεταξύ Χατζηαντωνίου-Ανδρεάδη για τα αντικείμενα που έπεσαν.
Εκείνη την ώρα, ο πρόεδρος του ΤΑΠ ΠΑΟ, Θόδωρος Λιακόπουλος, μπήκε μαινόμενος στο γήπεδο και ζήτησε από τον Καζάζη να φύγει η ομάδα από το γήπεδο.
Στο επεισόδιο ενεπλάκη και ο παράγοντας του Ολυμπιακού, Παντελής Τορνατόρος, ο οποίος είχε φραστικό επεισόδιο με τον κ. Λιακόπουλο, με τον διαιτητή Καραμπέτσο να μπαίνει στη μέση, παίρνοντας τους δύο παράγοντες στα αποδυτήρια για να ηρεμήσουν.

Εκεί ο έμπειρος ρέφερι προειδοποίησε τον αστυνομικό διευθυντή και τον κ. Τορνατόρο ότι σε περίπτωση που συνεχιστεί η ρίψη των αντικειμένων, θα διακόψει οριστικά τον αγώνα σε βάρος του Ολυμπιακού.
Μετά από λίγα λεπτά, τα μεγάφωνα έκαναν έκκληση για ηρεμία στην εξέδρα, ο Καραμπέτσος επέστρεψε στη θέση, αλλά έδειξε κόκκινη κάρτα (προσωρινή αποβολή από το σετ) στον Λάππα, γιατί γύρισε στην εξέδρα μπουκάλι που πετάχτηκε από κάποιον ανεγκέφαλο οπαδό.
* Ο Ιβάν Μίλκοβιτς αναδείχθηκε MVP του πρωταθλήματος. Όταν, πάντως, τον πλησίασαν οι δημοσιογράφοι για δηλώσεις, αυτός απάντησε «κανένα σχόλιο, τώρα γιορτάζουμε».
** «Ιβάν, αλάνι για πάντα στο λιμάνι», ήταν το σύνθημα που δόνησε την ατμόσφαιρα από τους οπαδούς του Ολυμπιακού που με τον τρόπο αυτό απαίτησαν από την διοίκηση των «ερυθρόλευκων» την παραμονή του στην ομάδα.
~** Καταδίκη για τους παιδεραστές ιερείς ζητούν οι επίσκοποι της Βραζιλίας

Με επίσημο έγγραφό τους, που εγκρίθηκε σήμερα στο πλαίσιο της 48ης γενικής συνέλευσης της εθνικής διάσκεψης επισκόπων, περισσότεροι από 300 επίσκοποι της καθολικής εκκλησίας της Βραζιλίας τάχθηκαν υπέρ της καταδίκης των παιδεραστών ιερέων και της αποζημίωσης των θυμάτων της σεξουαλικής κακοποίησης.
Στην επιστολή τους οι επίσκοποι περιγράφουν την παιδεραστία ως «καταχρηστική συμπεριφορά ορισμένων αδελφών» και αναγνωρίζουν ότι οι περιπτώσεις παιδεραστίας έχουν κλονίσει την «αξιοπιστία» της Εκκλησίας.
~**Αμβλώσεις και γάμοι ομοφυλοφίλων οι μεγάλες προκλήσεις του σήμερα για τον Πάπα

Παρά τα σκάνδαλα παιδεραστίας και κακοποίησης ανηλίκων που συγκλονίζουν εδώ και μήνες την καθολική εκκλησία, η επίσκεψη του Πάπα Βενέδικτου του 16ου στην Πορτογαλία συγκέντρωσε πάνω από μισό εκατομμύριο πιστών στην πόλη Φάτιμα που τον άκουσαν να αναφέρεται κυρίως στο θέμα των αμβλώσεων και των γάμων ομοφυλοφίλων, ως τις μεγαλύτερες προκλήσεις των ημερών μας.
Ο Ποντίφικας παραβρέθηκε σε λειτουργία για να τιμηθούν οι πρώτες πιθανολογούμενες εμφανίσεις της Παρθένου στις 13 Μαΐου του 1917 στην πόλη Φάτιμα.
Ο Πάπας είπε μεταξύ άλλων στην ομιλία του προς τους πιστούς: «Οι πρωτοβουλίες που έχουν ως στόχο στην προστασία των θεμελιωδών αξιών της ζωής (από τη στιγμή της σύλληψης) και της οικογένειας, που βασίζεται σε έναν άρρηκτο γάμο ανάμεσα σε ένα άνδρα και μια γυναίκα, θα βοηθήσουν να δοθούν απαντήσεις σε ορισμένες από τις πιο ύπουλες και επικίνδυνες προκλήσεις, που σήμερα αντιτάσσονται στο κοινό καλό».
Πρόσθεσε δε ότι οι αμβλώσεις και οι γάμοι των ομοφυλοφίλων είναι «οι πιο σοβαρές και οι πλέον δόλιες» προκλήσεις του σήμερα.
Αφού νομιμοποίησε την άμβλωση, το 2007, μετά από δημοψήφισμα, η Πορτογαλία, χώρα με ισχυρή καθολική παράδοση, ετοιμάζεται να επιτρέψει το γάμο ομοφυλοφίλων, χωρίς όμως να επιτρέψει στα παντρεμένα ζευγάρια ίδιου φύλου να υιοθετούν παιδιά.

Basil Venitis points out spirituality is the search for God, an ultimate reality, a transcendent dimension of the world, an inner path enabling a person to discover the essence of his being, or the deepest values and meanings by which people live. Spirituality is often experienced as a source of inspiration or orientation in life. It encompasses belief in immaterial realities or experiences of the immanent or transcendent nature of the world. Spirituality is more personalized, less structured, more open to new ideas, and more pluralistic than religion.
Venitis asserts that spirituality is not related to religion. Many people define themselves as spiritual but not religious. Spirituals believe in the existence of many different spiritual paths, emphasizing the importance of finding one's own individual path to spirituality. Most people identify themselves as spiritual but not religious. Religion is a type of formal external collective search organized by churches, whereas spirituality is defined as an internal individual search.
God is a vision of the highest values of truth, justice, love, and goodness toward which we strive. In this sense, God is a standard against which to measure ourselves and our achievements. God reminds us of the relativity and limitations of our own ideas. God serves as a corrective to our biases and a basis for critical reflection. By bringing together our highest ideals in a single symbol, God provides a focus for personal devotion or communal worship.
Venitis muses that we experience God as love, light, power, and wisdom. The God we pray to is both transcendent and immanent, a part of us but also greater than us. Sometimes we experience God as a light that comes to us in the darkness. This light emanates intense love and compassion and leaves us feeling joyous and connected to all of creation. Other times, we simply hear God's guidance as thoughts. It seems similar to a nudge or sometimes a whisper. This guidance usually comes suddenly and clearly, and it can arrive while we are deep in prayer or simply going about our business of the day.
Hundreds of thousands of Christians of all denominations have begun descending on the Bavarian capital, Munich, for what is the biggest gathering of its type in Europe. Around 3,000 social, religious and political events are planned for the Christian Kirchentag, or Church Day congress.
But despite the efforts of the various churches to keep the focus on ecumenism at the five-day gathering, myriad clerical scandals have weighed heavily on the event. Churches have faced a wave of all kind of scandals across Greece, USA, Ireland, Germany, Austria, Poland and the Netherlands. So far more than 150 cases of sexual abuse in Catholic institutions in Germany alone have been reported, some dating back to the 1950s.

Nevertheless, the religulous tenets of the three Abrahamic religions, Christianity, Judaism, and Islam, are dangerous fairy tales and myths that have incited barbarous purges and holy wars that are still being fought. But those who believe in the end-of-days may be making a self-fulfilling prophecy of apocalyptic images of stampeding armies and mushroom clouds in the ruins of Megiddo, the Israeli site from which the Book of Revelation says Armageddon will originate.
The infinite sequence of Church scandals is to be addressed in a series of meetings at the Munich congress in an effort by Christian authorities to avoid being seen as dodging the issue. Trust in clergy had been shattered by the scandal revelations and that focus must now shift to the victims. In his greeting to the Munich gathering, Pope Benedict XVI, who is currently in Portugal to prmote the Fatima hoax, called on Christians not to turn away from the church despite the latest scandals, saying the church remained a place of hope.

Venitis declares the most reliable Bible is The Jefferson Bible, or The Life and Morals of Jesus of Nazaret as it is formally titled. It was Thomas Jefferson's effort to extract the doctrine of Jesus by removing sections of the New Testament containing lies as well as perceived misinterpretations added by the Four Evangelists. Jefferson cut and arranged selected verses from the books of Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John in chronological order, mingling excerpts from one text to those of another in order to create a single narrative.
The Jefferson Bible begins with an account of Jesus's birth without references to angels, genealogy, or prophecy. Venitist Joe Nickell traveled to Toronto to investigate a weeping icon in a Greek Orthodox church. In front of a dozen television, newspaper, and radio reporters, Nickell collected samples of the tears for Toronto police lab analysis. The police termed the icon a fraud and concluded that the substance of the tears was olive oil. Last fall, over 20,000 people visited the church to witness the pseudomiracle, donating an estimated two million dollars. Blasphemy violates no one's rights. To cave in to intimidation and not publish anything religuous freaks feel is offensive is to surrender the crucial principle of free speech. This clash is about respecting man's right to express his views, however unpopular, in the face of religious attempts to subordinate that right to mystical dogmas. Instead of appeasing the mobs who call for executing anyone offending their faith, the West must support those who share its political ideal of free speech.
Blasphemy laws are both silly and dangerous. It is silly because medieval religious laws have no place in a modern secular republic, where the criminal law should protect people and not ideas. And it is dangerous because it incentivises religious outrage, and because Islamic States are already using the wording of blasphemy laws to promote new blasphemy laws at UN level. Blasphemy laws are unjust, because they silence people in order to protect ideas. In a civilised society, people have a right to express and to hear ideas about religion even if other people find those ideas to be outrageous.

But this is incompatible with freedom of speech, where one must be ready to put up with insults, mockery, and ridicule. Political freedom requires a separation of church and state. This principle is often advocated, but seldom fully understood. Properly, this separation is rooted in the principle of intellectual freedom. It means that every individual should be free to think about and accept any idea he chooses. To say that church is separate from state means that the state makes no evaluation of its citizens' ideas, religious or otherwise. The state's concern is only with men's actions, specifically actions that trespass on individual rights. It neither persecutes nor tolerates nor promotes ideas, because it is unconcerned with ideas per se.
From the other direction, to say that state is separate from church, means that a citizen, including any faction of them, such as a church, is incapable of using the state's coercive power to penalize or support ideas, religious or otherwise. If a citizen wants to hinder or support an idea, he must argue his case with others, not enact a law. In a free society, government has no power to persecute or establish religious ideas, because it has no power to police ideas as such. No one, including those in government, may force their ideas on anyone.

Yet somehow people still seem willing, even eager, to relinquish to government control the most important and sensitive portions of our economy and society. Finance, education, healthcare, and energy are all unfortunate examples of industries that are far too important to be left to government control when it is the market that has the golden touch. We need venitism now! If not now, when?

Venitis Law of Democracy: Every democracy is eventually hijacked by rabblerousers, pullpeddlers, clans of kleptocrats, bumptious bugaboos, busybodies, butterbabies, nabobs of nepotism, cranks of cronyism, pusillanimous pussyfooters, riffraffs of rascals, socialist sophists, and machiavellian mafiosi. Democracy tends to kleptocracy. Venitism should replace democracy.
Venitis Law of Depression: Only governments can cause economic depressions and funny money. Lower tax rates, a reduction in the burden of government, and elimination of kleptocracy and VAT are the only way to boost growth.
Venitis Law of Education: There is no direct relationship between education and schooling. You might be schooled but uneducated, and you might be educated but unschooled. Schools are concentration camps for the drones of society. Unschooling is much better than schooling. Internet is the best source of knowledge and information, replacing schools, libraries, media, parliaments, and postoffice.
Venitis Law of Environment: The best way to save the environment is vasectomy. Deadly viruses are Gaia's antibiotics against the cancer of overpopulation.
Venitis Law of Equality: Death is the only equalizer. Egalitarianism brings death to society, transforming citizens to zombies.
Venitis Law of Evolution: The ultimate phase of human evolution is the complete domination of soul.
Venitis Law of Faith: Faith is retarded thinking that keeps you away from God. You have to become faithless, in order to start your journey to God! You have to discover God your own way without intermediaries. God's truth should replace faith.
Venitis Law of Government: The only purpose of government is to protect citizens from criminals. Public services, central banks, and fiat money should be abolished.
Venitis Law of Heroism: Entrepreneurs, innovators, and heretics are the real heroes.

Venitis Law of Legislature: Parliaments should be abolished, because they continuously create laws that enslave citizens, constraint economic activity, loot producers, reward drones, and encourage political corruption.
Venitis Law of Misery: Throwing money to misery brings more misery. Fighting wild leverage with more leverage is homeopathic repression of reality. A deluge of fiat money brings financial plague and haemorrhage of economy. Real money is tied up to precious metals and strategic metals.
Venitis Law of Patriotism: Patriotism is addiction to local hysteria.
Venitis Law of Property: Governments should not own or regulate any property, including waves. The first individual who improves or cultivates any unclaimed property is entitled to that property. Governments cannot own, allocate, regulate, or manipulate frequency fields and media. Eminent domain is null and void.
Venitis Law of Religion: Religion is spiritual slavery. Church is the business of religion. Religious monopoly turns bishops to ayatollahs, and churches to Sodom and Gomor. Spirituality and metaphysics should replace religion.
Venitis Law of Rule: Anarchy is the rule of gangs, infinitesimal government is the rule of law, and big government is the rule of the cancer of socialism.
Venitis Law of Selfownership: You own your body and your soul, and nobody should dictate what you take in and what you take out. Speech, education, heresy, habeas corpus, military service, mating, healthcare, abortion, cloning, drugs, guns, and euthanasia should be personal choices.
Venitis Law of Style: Your soul needs to resonate with mighty words and unique acts that express your style and destiny. Your government cannot dictate your language, your words, and your culture. Resonate now and sing your song!
Venitis Law of System: The most efficient political system is venitism, where everything is private, there are no taxes at all, there is no parliament, and a powerless infinitesimal government is chosen and supported not by hoi polloi, but by the most generous benefactors.

~**Βόλεϊ: Επιστολή ΠΑΟ στην ΕΣΑΠ

Επιστολή διαμαρτυρίας απέστειλε σήμερα ο Παναθηναϊκός στη Διοργανώτρια Αρχή του Πρωταθλήματος της Α1 βόλεϊ ανδρών, ΕΣΑΠ, για τα όσα διαδραματίστηκαν χθες το απόγευμα της στο κλειστό γήπεδο του Ρέντη.
Αναλυτικά η επιστολή:
«Προς την ΕΣΑΠ Κύριοι,
O Παναθηναϊκός Α.Ο εκφράζει την έντονη δυσαρέσκειά του για τα γεγονότα που διαδραματίστηκαν χθες (12/05/2010) στο κλειστό γυμναστήριο «Μ. Μερκούρη» στο Ρέντη, και κυρίως για την κακή οργάνωση του τέταρτου τελικού του Πρωταθλήματος Α1 Εθνικής Αντρών μεταξύ της ομάδος μας και του Ολυμπιακού.
Τόσο η ΕΣΑΠ, όσο και το γηπεδούχο σωματείο όφειλαν να διασφαλίσουν την ομαλή διεξαγωγή του αγώνα και να έχουν μεριμνήσει να υπάρχει επαρκής αστυνομική δύναμη. Αντιθέτως, κάτι τέτοιο δεν συνέβη ποτέ με αποτέλεσμα να κινδυνεύσει η σωματική ακεραιότητα των αθλητών και του τεχνικού επιτελείου του Παναθηναϊκού.
Είναι αδιανόητο να επιβάλλονται ποινές στον Σύλλογό μας, για μεμονωμένα περιστατικά, ενώ παράλληλα οι αρμόδιοι φορείς να θέτουν σε κίνδυνο τη σωματική ακεραιότητα της αποστολής μας και να μεταθέτουν τον αγώνα την αμέσως επόμενη ημέρα (13/05/2010) στο ίδιο γήπεδο.
Κύριοι, καθιστούμε υπεύθυνους τόσο εσάς, ως Οργανωτική Αρχή, όσο και το γηπεδούχο Σωματείο για την λήψη επαρκών μέτρων τα οποία θα διασφαλίσουν καταρχήν την ασφάλεια της αποστολής του Παναθηναϊκού και κατά επέκταση την «έναρξη» και ομαλή διεξαγωγή της σημερινής αναμέτρησης.
Τέλος, ο Παναθηναϊκός Α.Ο. δηλώνει ρητά και απερίφραστα ότι, σε περίπτωση που συμβεί το παραμικρό γεγονός που θα απειλήσει την ασφάλεια της ομάδας μας, θα είναι αναγκασμένος να αποχωρήσει από τον αγωνιστικό χώρο.
